Starting points, not recipes. Film, developer, agitation and your tank all change the result. Check the manufacturer's data when you have it, and test on a spare roll.
The same numbers mean different things in each notation. Rodinal, Ilfosol and HC-110 are normally written 1+N.
Use the volume your tank needs to cover the reels, not less.

Around 9% per °C suits most black and white developers near 20°C. Lower it for gentle developers, raise it for very active ones.
